Shipping policy

Our shipping is not effected by COVID-19, all deliveries are arriving on time within 3-5 business days. We strive to quickly bring you quality dice in a time like this when they are much needed. Stay home, we'll bring the dice!

We are proud to offer 3-5 day deliveries on all our domestic shipments. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation.

We offer free shipping on all orders of $20 or more. Any orders less than $20 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $4.

How do you ship your packages?

Our packages are shipped domestically through USPS First Class mail from our headquarters in Philadelphia. All orders are carefully packaged in bubble mailers so your dice are safe and secure when they arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only ship domestically in the United States. We do plan to expand our shipping to worldwide in the near future.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email when your order ships that contains your USPS tracking information. If your you have not received an email with a tracking number after 3 days, please contact us.

My tracking status says "Pre-shipment" and its been over 3 days

Please contact us to let us know. Due to the volume we receive, we are unable to monitor the shipping status of every package.

My tracking status was marked as delivered but I did not receive my package.

USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day.

I accidentally entered the wrong address when I placed my order, what do I do?

Our orders are typically fulfilled in less than 24 hours of being placed so if you have entered the wrong address, please contact us right away. In the event that the package has been sent out before we are notified that the address is incorrect, we must wait for the package to be returned to us, then we will refund your order or send it again to the correct address. 

If an address needs to be changed after the shipping label has been printed, you will be invoiced for a total of $4 to cover the label fee.

Your shipping address is sent out with the confirmation email upon ordering, please review it to confirm it is correct before we fulfill the order.
